The venerable Palmer House Hotel in downtown Chicago underwent a recent renovation. DFA oversaw the design and construction of the hotel spa, flagship restaurant and bar, retail development, Hilton offices, and the restoration of the landmarked plaster ceiling in the Peacock Jewelry store.
